Log into your DecoArt account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
